Level Limited, registered in the United Kingdom, sells dietary supplements designed for working professionals. Our primary product is Foundation+. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

2. Using our website

By browsing or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or over to purchase. Information on this site is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice. Results vary by individual.

3. Products, ingredients, and health information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists accurate. Always check the label before use, do not exceed the stated dose, keep out of reach of children, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication. 4. Prices, taxes, and promotions

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time. Discount codes are single‑use unless stated, cannot be combined, are not exchangeable for cash, and can be withdrawn or amended. If we offer introductory or trial pricing, the standard subscription price applies after the introductory period.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email when we accept your offer, at which point a contract is formed. We may refuse or cancel an order if, for example, we cannot authorise payment, we suspect fraud, or there is an error in pricing or description.

6. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

You can buy Foundation+ as a one‑off or as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel, pause, or skip any time in your account or by contacting support.
We provide clear pre‑contract information on price per billing period, renewal frequency, and how to cancel. We will send renewal reminders at sensible intervals and before the end of any free or discounted period, and we make exiting as simple as entering, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act subscription regime that is being implemented. 7. Delivery

Delivery is free on all UK orders. We dispatch via Royal Mail or another trusted carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. If a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days so we can put it right.

8. Your right to cancel, returns, and refunds

Cooling‑off period for distance sales
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind and cancel, provided the items are returned unopened and in resaleable condition. You must tell us you are cancelling within that period. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Sealed goods, health and hygiene
For sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel ends once the seal is broken after delivery. This applies to opened supplement pouches or bottles. Legislation.gov.uk

How to cancel
Email support@my-level.co.uk or use your account to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form in Section 19, but you do not have to. If you cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We reimburse the product price to your original payment method. Faulty goods

9. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method and that the information is accurate. Payment is taken when you place the order and on each subscription renewal date.

11. Marketing communications

12. Charity and cause‑related statements

Level donates 10% of profits from each sale to mental health charities that support people in construction and related trades. We state the beneficiary charities and how we calculate donations in campaign materials, we keep records, and we make donations periodically. Marketing that references donations will be clear and not misleading, consistent with CAP Code guidance on charity‑linked promotions. 13. Promotions, giveaways, and referral programmes

Promotions, giveaways, and referral offers may be subject to separate rules that will be displayed alongside the offer. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse entries that are incomplete or in breach of the rules. We conduct promotions fairly and transparently.

14. Resale and commercial use

Purchases are for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Reselling our products, including on online marketplaces, requires our prior written consent.

15. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Level a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use that content on our website, social channels, and marketing materials. You warrant that your content is lawful and does not infringe third‑party rights. We may remove content that breaches these requirements.

16. Intellectual property

All site content, marks, and creative assets are owned by or licensed to Level. You may not copy or reuse without our written permission.

17. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in respect of each order is limited to the amount paid for that order. 18. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with our service, contact support@my-level.co.uk and we will seek to resolve your complaint quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, we will consider the use of an ADR provider such as RetailADR. We are not obliged to use ADR, but we will provide information about an appropriate ADR entity as required by the ADR Regulations. 20. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, for example carrier delays, strikes, or extreme weather. We will keep you informed and work to minimise the impact.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on our website. For subscriptions, we will give notice of material changes in advance and you can cancel before changes apply.

22. Entire agreement, severance, and assignment

These Terms, together with any policy or rules referenced here, form the entire agreement between you and Level for your purchase. If any part is held invalid, the rest remains in force. We may assign our rights and obligations, provided doing so does not materially reduce your protections.
