Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription orders are dispatched automatically every 30 days to ensure you never miss a daily dose.
Shipping Rates
For Foundation+ orders, UK standard delivery is included in your subscription. One-off purchases are subject to a flat shipping fee of £2.30 (ex VAT). Once Level launches additional products, bundle subscribers will receive free UK delivery across all items in their plan.
Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and may take slightly longer during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
International Shipping
At present, Level ships only within the United Kingdom. We are working towards expanding to international customers in the future.
Order Tracking
All subscription shipments include delivery confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details (if available for your order).
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days from dispatch, please contact our support team at [support@my-level.co.uk] with your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Address Changes
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct. Any updates to your subscription delivery address must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date to guarantee correct delivery.
Returns on Shipping Issues
For supplement safety, we cannot accept returns once a pouch has left our facility, but if a shipment is faulty or incorrect, we will send a replacement immediately.
